Lin Chen is a postdoctoral scholar at the Simons Institute for the Theory of Computing, University of California, Berkeley . His research interests focus on machine learning theory. He was PhD student in the Department of Electrical Engineering. His research focuses on theoretical machine learning, including online optimization, submodular optimization, and adversarial robustness.
